• INDIVIDUAL CERTIFICATIONS

  The LSSSP (Lean Six Sigma Society of Professionals) offer a range of internationally recognised certifications for individuals in both Lean and/or Six Sigma.

  Certification for individuals may be in Lean and/or Six Sigma disciplines. Candidates must verify knowledge through both theory examination and practical application. The LSSSP approach to certification ensures that skills and knowledge are cemented through projects that are beneficial to hosting companies. The LSSSP certification process is an ideal way to ensure your workforce is continuously improving business processes and maximising profits.

• BUSINESS CERTIFICATIONS

  The LSSSP (Lean Six Sigma Society of Professionals) offer a range of internationally recognised certifications for businesses in both Lean and/or Six Sigma.

  Certification for businesses may be in Lean and/or Six Sigma disciplines. Businesses must verify their ability to provide Lean or Six Sigma service through standardised auditing processes. Lean certified businesses carry the LSSSP logo on their website. The LSSSP approach to certification ensures that business practices and process meet a minimum performance standard and a culture of Continuous Improvement exists within the business that will ensure customer service excellence. The LSSSP certification process is an ideal way to ensure your suppliers are continuously improving business processes and maximising customer service.

• ASSESSORS & TRAINING PROVIDERS

  The LSSSP works with individual professionals as well as a range of accredited service providers throughout the Australasia region. LSSSP certified Lean & Six Sigma individual professionals and service providers must meet a minimum program quality and delivery performance standard to become a Certified LSSSP assessor / provider. These minimum performance standards ensures you’re working with the best possible accredited assessor / service provider who can offer businesses and individuals internationally recognised certification for both Lean & Six Sigma. Assessors may be employees of businesses who are driving Lean or Six Sigma internal business improvement or training programs. Assessor may also be certified Lean Six Sigma consultants who seek to offer internationally accredited training or business audits.
